Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dating a Designer. By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate enough for other members to understand who they are interacting with.

X-connected accounts

Account creation and sign-in use X. You are responsible for keeping control of the X account you connect. Losing access to that X account may affect your ability to access Dating a Designer.

Your profile and content

Only upload work and content you have the right to share. You keep ownership of your content, while granting Dating a Designer the limited permission needed to display and process it as part of the service.

Matching and safety

A match means two accounts expressed mutual interest. It is not an identity, background, safety, employment, or professional verification. Use your own judgment before sharing personal information, money, or meeting another person offline.

Harassment, impersonation, fraud, threats, illegal activity, and attempts to bypass account or payment controls are not allowed. Reports may lead to suspension or removal.

Payments

The match-unlock price is USD 100 before any processing fee disclosed by Bachs at checkout. One verified paid unlock opens chat for both members of that specific match. A redirect or browser message by itself does not grant access; Dating a Designer verifies the payment before unlocking chat.

Bachs processes the checkout and may display payment-method or processing fees before you submit payment. If a charge succeeds but access is not delivered, the payment must be reconciled before another charge is attempted.

Availability

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, X access changes, payment processing, or infrastructure failures. We may change or discontinue functionality when necessary to keep the service safe or operational.

Account action

We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, safety reports, payment manipulation, or violations of these terms. You can delete your own account from the You screen.
